    Presentation Summary:

    In this highly interactive session, we will explore techniques for building a more equitable pay program.  Participants will first be grounded in new pay equity laws, then gain a deeper understanding of how to examine their own pay programs and processes to identify potential inequities.  We will also discuss practical insights and tools to help move pay programs into a more equitable state.  Case studies from NW organizations will be utilized throughout the session.

    • Utilize compensation program structures to make more equitable pay decisions
    • Understand how to perform pay equity analyses
    • Employ a framework for educating managers on pay equity

    Shannon Drohman is a Principal of Compensation Connections with 20+ years in HR/rewards. Her credentials include a Master’s in HR, SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, and a Certified Compensation Professional designation.

    Erin Wolford is a Consultant at Compensation Connections. She has over 10 years of human resources and compensation experience and holds both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
