One of the biggest challenges leaders face is finding people who will embrace their organizations corporate culture. As the baby boom generation retires and the Millennial’s and Generation Z’ers join the workforce hiring and strategic retention becomes more complex. By the year 2020, 50% of all employees will be Millennial’s and by 2025 that percentage will jump to 75%.

This presentation will explore ways to more effectively evaluate and assess perspective employees on their ability to “fit”. Ongoing, the challenge will be for organizations to create a culture of accountability while harnessing the values and passion that shape Millennial’s contributions to the workplace.
