Topics covered include the justification behind a thorough background screening program, deciphering the differences between disclosures, applications and background questionnaires, as well as successfully complying with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. These facets will help guide you through risk mitigation and avoidance of potential legal liabilities associated with a non-compliant screening program.
