    Steve Peltin is an attorney and Chair of the Employment and Labor Relations Practice Group at Foster Pepper PLLC in Seattle.  During his 30-year career Steve has developed a practice covering the gamut of employment and labor law. He helps employers address employee discipline and discharge, leaves of absence, discrimination and harassment claims, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, and threats of employee violence. Steve also represents employers in a wide variety of claims in court and before administrative agencies.  His practice also includes employment aspects of business matters such as mergers and acquisitions, and representation of executives and professionals in negotiating employment and separation agreements.
