    Catherine Dovey, founder and principal of Compensation Works, has worked in human resources for more than 20 years. Sheacts as a strategic partner to senior management, helping them make the most of their labor investment while they attract and retain top talent. Catherine has an MBA, CCP and SPHR designations and has extensive experience teaching and speaking on compensation topics.

    Shannon Drohman, senior consultant with Compensation Works, has over 15 years’ experience in human resources, with an emphasis in compensation and benefits program design and execution.  Shannon has an MSHR and SPHR designation and has taught numerous classes on topics related to the human resources field.
